FreeTelecom and technology audit

We don't sell a carrier. We find you the right one.

Telecom Agency is an independent technology advisor that puts connectivity first—helping organizations secure reliable, high-performance network and communications infrastructure as the foundation for everything else. We also guide clients through cloud strategy, cybersecurity, and practical AI adoption so every layer of their technology stack works together smoothly.

We begin by thoroughly auditing your current systems, usage patterns, and business goals. From there we independently survey the market, compare options across hundreds of providers, and recommend the solutions that best fit your needs—without pressure from any single vendor. Once the right agreements are in place, we stay engaged, providing ongoing support, optimization, and advocacy long after the contracts are signed.

Telecom Agency is an independent telecom consultancy and technology advisory firm dedicated to helping businesses simplify, modernize, and future-proof their communications and IT environments.

For more than two decades, our team has partnered with organizations of every size and across virtually every industry to transform outdated phone systems, migrate critical workloads to the cloud, fortify cybersecurity posture, and harness practical AI tools that genuinely increase productivity and efficiency.

We recognize that every company operates with its own unique mix of processes, priorities, and constraints. Off-the-shelf packages and one-size-fits-all recommendations almost never deliver lasting value. Because we are not a reseller tied to any single vendor’s sales targets or product quotas, we remain completely free to evaluate the entire marketplace. Our advisors conduct thorough assessments of your current environment and long-term objectives, then design custom solutions that integrate smoothly into your existing workflows and support both immediate needs and future growth.

Drawing on relationships with more than 500 technology providers, we match each client with the precise combination of services, platforms, and support structures that will help them scale operations, strengthen resilience, and run more efficiently.

Our commitment is straightforward: deliver superior technology choices, more competitive pricing, and responsive, ongoing support that continues to serve you long after the initial implementation.

How it works

Three steps,and then we stay.

You keep running the business. We deal with the vendors.

  1. 1Audit

We review your contracts, invoices and usage to find duplicate vendors, wasted spend and the gaps slowing people down.

  2. 2Recommendations

You get quotes from providers that fit, laid out side by side. The aim is better technology for what you pay today, or less.

  3. 3Ongoing advisory

We stay on for questions, vendor disputes and scheduled reviews as the business and the technology change.

The telecom audit

What we look atbefore we recommend anything.

Tangled billing and overlapping contracts hide what you're paying for. The audit puts all of it on one page.

Step 1

Discovery

We learn how the business runs, what's installed today, where it hurts and where you want to be in three years.

  • Goals
  • Pain points
  • Current systems
Step 2

Analysis

Advisors go through usage and invoices to find bottlenecks, overlaps and services nobody is using.

  • Usage
  • Invoices
  • Contracts
Step 3

Report and recommendations

A written breakdown of current spend, our recommendations and a comparison of your options, including keeping what you have.

Cost

The audit is free.So is the advice.

Providers pay us a small share of the service you choose, for as long as you keep it. If you're unhappy and leave, we stop getting paid.

After go-live

Still herewhen something breaks.

Most resellers go quiet once the order is placed. That's the point where we become useful.

Straight answers

Ask about a bill, a feature or a renewal and hear back from someone who knows your account.

Vendor escalation

When a support ticket stalls, we push it through partner channels you don't have access to.

Scheduled reviews

Regular check-ins keep the stack matched to the business as it changes.

Comparison

Buying directversus buying with us.

A vendor's rep can only offer what that vendor makes. That's the whole difference.

Direct from a vendor

  • One catalog to choose from
  • A rep working toward a quota
  • You chase every quote yourself
  • A support queue after signing
  • Contracts that renew unnoticed

With Telecom Agency

  • The whole market compared
  • Advice with no product to push
  • One conversation, many quotes
  • An advisor who escalates for you

FAQ

Questionswe hear most.

Don't see yours? Ask it in the form below and an advisor will answer.

Are you a carrier or a consultant?

A consultant. We don't own a network or sell our own product. We advise, compare providers and manage the relationship on your side of the table.

What do you help with?

Communications (UCaaS, CCaaS, connectivity, SD-WAN, mobility, IoT), business software, AI, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, hardware, managed services and energy.

How do you get paid?

Providers pay us a small recurring share of the services you choose. You don't receive an invoice from us, and because the payment continues only while you stay, we have a reason to keep you satisfied.

Why not go straight to a vendor?

A vendor's sales team can only offer that vendor's products and is measured on selling them. We look across the market, recommend what fits, and stay involved after installation to escalate problems.

Which providers do you work with?

A wide network across connectivity, cloud phone and contact center, SD-WAN, cloud, security, mobility, AI, managed services and hardware. We evaluate the options, shortlist the ones that fit and negotiate for you.

Can you move us off an on-site PBX?

Yes. Moving to a cloud phone system is one of the most common projects we handle. Cloud systems work anywhere there's internet, scale up or down by the seat, include modern security and put calling, video and chat in one app.

Can you help us get started with AI?

Yes. If the number of tools on the market is overwhelming, we'll help you pick a first use case and the product that suits it, including assistants trained on your own documents and workflows.

What happens after the audit?

When you're ready, we negotiate rates and terms for the options you choose. If you'd rather keep what you have, we work with your current vendors on service and price. Then we stay on with regular reviews.

What if we want to change providers later?

Tell us what's no longer working and we'll bring alternatives. Helping clients switch is part of ongoing advisory.

Who is the referral program for?

Managed service providers, IT consultants and any professional whose clients need telecom or technology help. We complement your services and don't compete for them.
